In this role, you will provide application support for customers and offer expert advice. You will ensure that customers' systems run as smoothly as possible and contribute to system monitoring to proactively detect and resolve issues at an early stage.
Your Responsibilities:
* Regular execution of system and software maintenance tasks on IT infrastructure at customer site
* Collaboration with operations control centers, IT departments, and relevant customer interfaces
* System monitoring to detect issues in a timely manner
* System analysis, including troubleshooting
* IT escalation management in coordination with the customer support team
* Providing expertise and consulting in case of system disruptions
Your Profile:
* Education in IT or relevant professional experience
* Experience in application support, ideally in an industrial environment
* Strong expertise in Oracle and PL/SQL
* Experience with .NET/C# (Oracle Data Provider for .NET)
* Passion for helping customers to resolve IT issues
* Willingness to do shift work (includes weekends)
* Fluent in French, combined with either excellent English or German skills
