Education and Training Strategy
We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and implement our annual education strategy in collaboration with the manager. This involves creating training programs that enhance product knowledge, soft skills, and brand values among staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills, and brand history and values.
* Conduct live coaching sessions with staff on the shop floor or digitally to ensure effective implementation of training programs.
* Maintain a digital education app and foster high levels of engagement among users.
* Monitor and report on education and training budgets to the manager on a regular basis.
* Coordinate operational logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, hotel bookings, and updates to the training database.
* Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure seamless implementation of training plans.
* Motivate and support staff to achieve successful results and convey company values at all times.
* Track training results and share feedback with key internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty category as a trainer in selective/premium fragrances, with make-up experience being an asset.
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across Europe.
* Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
* Fluent English (verbal and written), with French and Spanish being a plus.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
* Strong organization, interpersonal, and digital awareness skills.
