Job Responsibilities
* Oversee engine maintenance to ensure quality and compliance with customer policies and procedures, focusing on US customers.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality Teams on the development and implementation of process assessment, improvements, policy revisions and performance evaluation to meet US customer requirements.
* Coordinate with Engineering to recommend specific work scopes in accordance with customer specific technical Operations policies, programs and procedures.
* Conduct engine Table Inspections and Outgoing Inspections to ensure work performed is in accordance with customers' orders and quality standards.
* Liaise with the customer to make decisions on part replacements and exchanges based on technical and financial aspects.
* Review and document the condition of removed hardware as per customer directives and specific requirements. Conduct Scrap reviews.
* Coordinate the management and review of any invoice, commercial and TAT related topics during a shop visit ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
* Verify that maintenance data and documentation is accurate and compliant with customer specifications.
* Perform timely in-process assessment to ensure maintenance performed is compliant with customer requirements.

* Knowledge of US airline business processes, operational policies and procedures preferred.
* Strong understanding of the MRO or related Aviation business.
* Knowledge of CFM56-7B Engine Maintenance.
* Proficiency in English (business fluent).
* Suitable Master's degree or MBA required.
* Required: at least 10 years in aviation, preferably in the US aviation industry.
* Experience with engine maintenance, engineering or quality assurance function as well as cross-functional process knowledge.
