At Helio with this hands-on and entrepreneurial role, you will:
* Work closely with the founder and CCO on the go-to-market, scale the product to 2m ARR (any beyond) within the next months and accelerate our CAGR further.
* Iterate and execute on our marketing strategy.
* Build the Helio 3D rendering and the Helio Cloud brand.
* Improve our AARRR metrics.
* Execute the established inbound lead-gen channels: events, social media, partnerships (ambassadors, integration partners).
* Support the product activation with initiatives like content, mailings, and others.
* Work with our functional teams to improve product retention.
* Generate high-quality referrals for our PLG and Sales-led motion.
* Help sales to generate revenue with supporting material like case-studies, website(s), video content, etc.
* Conduct market research with customers, customer success and sales and fine-tune our market understanding and ICP.
You’ll be a great fit for the job if you:
* Have at least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
* Have at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Have a strong technical understanding.
* Are reliable and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Like working independently and as a part of a team.
* Are very data-driven, entrepreneurial, and organized.
* Are familiar with tools as Hubspot, Segment, Mixpanel.
Location + Language
* Our office is located in Zurich, Switzerland.
* A fluent level of English is required.
* German skills are a benefit.
Salary and Benefits
* 100'000 - 130’000 CHF total compensation (Zurich).
* Compensation details:
o On target earnings.
o Larger part of the salary is in equity.
o The region-based factor will be applied to remote hires.
