About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our growing team, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional user support. In this critical role, you will ensure our users enjoy a seamless and rewarding experience with our platform. As the first point of contact, you will handle user inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively implement solutions to continuously enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities:
User Support & Engagement:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for users
* Resolve user issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and a smooth user journey.
* Proactively gather feedback from users to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Platform & Process Coordination:
* Monitor user interactions with the platform to identify recurring challenges and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
* Work closely with the product team to suggest feature enhancements based on user feedback.
Quality Assurance & Reporting:
* Develop and implement user support processes and best practices.
* Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and solutions for recurring user challenges.
* Track and report on user satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Network Operations Support:
* Assist in building and expanding Kyan Health’s network of service providers by supporting recruitment efforts, including screening and onboarding new providers.
* Help maintain strong relationships with the provider network through regular communication, organizing community events, and hosting info sessions.
* Support quality assurance initiatives by assisting in the implementation and monitoring of quality standards for service providers.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer support, operations, or a related field, ideally within a digital health, wellness, or tech environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathise with users and resolve issues effectively.
* A proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing solutions. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfort with technology and digital platforms.
* Fluent in English, German is a plus.
