Your Challenge
* Achieve targeted sales growth for the cell editing service and FluidFM OMNIUM system worldwide by identifying key opinion leaders, performing active prospecting, and collaborating with the Marketing team.
* Grow brand recognition through webinars, trade shows, workshops, and other targeted events to establish a strong market presence.
* Work closely with in-house experts to evaluate sales opportunities and align with production capabilities, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and partners.
* Gain deep market knowledge to refine sales strategies and transfer learnings to the partner network.
* Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM, ensuring efficient funnel management and deal closure.
Your Profile
* A technical or scientific degree relevant to the life science market, such as biology, chemistry, or physics.
* Proven track record in sales, ideally within the life science, pharma, or biotech sectors, with experience selling services, consumables, or capital equipment.
* Familiarity with the academic research landscape, including grant systems and funding mechanisms, enables effective engagement with academic customers.
* A winning personality with excellent communication skills, a passion for achieving measurable targets, and business fluency in written and spoken English.
* Digital-savvy, with experience working in cloud-based environments, and a high willingness to travel overnight when required.
