The HR Specialist will support the HR Business partners, employees and managers in all administrative personnel issues, including managing time tracking and absences, handling employee inquiries, maintaining databases and applying for work permits.
Responsibilities
* You provide administrative HR support from hiring to off boarding.
* You handle contracts, agreements and terminations.
* You will be responsible to handle employee inquiries related to HR services.
* You provide information on labor law, tax and social security matters.
* You manage time tracking and absences in the HR systems.
* Maintaining HR database and ensuring reporting to Finance, Management and external authorities.
* Handle absences and accidents in collaboration with external partners and Payroll.
Your Profile
* Personalassistentin, Bachelor in HR or similar.
* Experience in a similar HR Specialist role.
* Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* German mother tongue, English fluent.
