Your Challenge
* Achieve targeted sales growth for both the cell editing service and FluidFM OMNIUM system worldwide
* Identify and win key opinion leaders by presenting our service portfolio and cutting-edge technology
* Perform active prospecting and lead generation in collaboration with the Marketing team
* Grow brand recognition through webinars, trade shows, workshops, and other targeted events
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers and partners while actively seeking new opportunities
* Work closely with in-house experts to evaluate sales opportunities and align with production capabilities
* Gain deep market knowledge to refine sales strategies and transfer learnings to the partner network
* Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM, ensuring efficient funnel management and deal closure
* Support the team by actively driving sales funnel management, particularly during the final stages, to ensure successful deal closures
Your Profile
* A technical or scientific degree relevant to the life science market
* Proven track record in sales, ideally within the life science, pharma, or biotech sectors
* Experience in selling services, consumables, or capital equipment to customers in both industry and academia in the research or life sciences market
* Familiarity with the academic research landscape, including knowledge of grant systems and funding mechanisms, enabling effective engagement with academic customers and aligning sales strategies with their funding cycles
* A winning personality with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving measurable targets
* Comfortable covering every stage of the sales process and connecting with customers in person, via phone, email, or social media
* Business fluency in written and spoken English
* Strong integrity, trust-building ability, and respect for others
* Digital-savvy, with experience working in cloud-based environments
* You thrives on hunting new opportunities and closing deals
* High willingness to travel overnight when required
