Key Responsibilities:
* Shape and lead the pricing and market access offerings in Switzerland.
* Engage in business development, client proposals, and strategic goal alignment.
* Manage HTA project strategy, identify challenges, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
* Oversee project delivery teams on various projects, including dossier development and submission support.
* Ensure project progress within scope and address potential hurdles efficiently.
* Mediate, negotiate, and problem-solve within and outside the project team.
* Train and support junior team members' career development.
* Liaise with clients, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices companies in Switzerland.
* Lead thought leadership initiatives, such as client webinars and white paper development.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
* Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., HTA, health economics, health policy, medicine, pharmacy, epidemiology, public health).
* At least 6 years of relevant work experience, including HTA submissions and negotiation processes in Switzerland.
* Experience with HTA submissions to the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH/BAG) in Switzerland and supporting early HTA scientific advice.
* Proven success in navigating HTA processes strategically to manage market access and reimbursement.
* Strong understanding of drug price strategy and negotiations.
* Entrepreneurial mindset.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
* Programme management experience.
* Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company or consultancy environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
