Provide administrative support to the corporate clients’ onboarding team
Responsible for the team’s mailbox
Handle of client’s account modification requests (e.g. change of authorized signatories, controlling persons, directors, address etc.)
Preparation and filing of clients’ files
Perform online due diligence (e.g. screening tools, Google searches)
Support and advice to other teams
Contribution to drafting of internal memos and procedures
Possibility to handle corporate account opening applications from AML, crossborder and tax compliance perspectives
Qualifications
Good knowledge of banking documentation
Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry in a similar role
Experience in Central Data is a plus
Bachelor or Master in Laws or in Economics
Eager to learn and ready to take on challenges
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Analytical and methodological approach
Excellent communication, organisation and collaboration skills
Excellent command of English and French
Strong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment
