Track and analyze sell-out data from consumers and sell-in data from retailers.
Identify trends and patterns to gain insights into sales performance.
Determine opportunities for growth, inventory optimization, and sales strategy improvements based on data analysis.
Potential Orders Monitoring
Track and forecast potential orders, including sales trends, product demand, and market conditions.
Collaborate with the Sales team to monitor the customer order pipeline and identify potential opportunities.
Prepare and deliver regular financial reports related to sales performance, including metrics and forecasts.
Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Finance and Sales teams, including margin analysis, revenue projections, and cost impact.
Align data and financial metrics with Finance for strategic business decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on sales data and reporting.
Provide insights and recommendations regarding sales strategies, product performance, and inventory management.
Data Integrity and Reporting Tools
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales and financial data used for reporting and forecasting.
Leverage tools and software for data analysis, such as Excel or Power BI.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or luxury goods.
Strong understanding of sales data analysis, including metrics.
Familiarity with financial reporting and collaboration with Finance teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
Preferred:
Experience in luxury goods or watch industry.
Familiarity with ERP systems like ProConcept.
Knowledge of demand forecasting and sales pipeline management.
