Position Details:
* Start Date: 01.04.2025 (latest: 01.06.2025)
* Location: Zug area
* Contract: Open-ended
* Workload: 50 - 70%
* Travel: Minimal (1-2 times per year)
Your Responsibilities:
* Administrative & IT Support – Manage software licenses, maintain distribution lists, oversee team folders, and ensure document security.
* Meeting & Event Coordination – Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and team events.
* HR & Onboarding Support – Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, support recruitment events, and manage training programs.
* Procurement & Financial Administration – Handle purchase orders, consulting contracts, and invoice processing.
What You Bring:
* Education: Commercial diploma or equivalent qualification
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar administrative role
* Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency in G-Suite
* Mindset: Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
* Languages: Fluent in English (spoken & written)
