The role acts as a bridge between product marketing and sales team, this role will be responsible for creating and organizing the product and sales knowledge hub including pitch decks, case studies, product and solutions introductions, and competitors analysis. Also, this role will work closely with marketing and sales people for key client pitches and marketing activities such as roadshows and events.JOB RESPONSIBILITITESYour main responsibilities will include:Delivering ResultsDevelop and close new agency and marketer businessLeverage current agency/client direct network/relationships to ‘open doors’ and help win China Outbound businessIdentify and build relationships with agencies and marketers, specifically international marketing/investment decision makers residing in the China market.Close and retain/grow campaigns from your portfolio of businessBe familiar with the unique nuances/traits between International and China programmatic activation, consumers, and product/targeting capabilitiesTake the lead in responding to RFPs, preparing customized proposals to win new businessContribute to the MiQ culture and embody our company valuesInternal CollaborationCollaborate with internal Sales Support, Client Services, Trading teams to proactively up-sell existing campaignsUse marketing, PR, events, travel & entertainment budget to raise awareness and frequency of engagement with clientsStrategic ThinkingBuild and execute on a strategic commercial plan, hitting monthly/quarterly revenue targetsAct as an evangelist for International digital advertising and overseas business expansion, converting skeptics into believers regarding the benefits of the growing programmatic advertising footprintUnderstand MiQ competitive differentiators in a fast-changing online advertising landscapePROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSFluent in Mandarin and EnglishExtremely strong relationships across a broad set of clients/agency groups within the China outbound market3-5+ years’ experience working in digital advertising sales, preferably programmaticEvidence of understanding client business objectives and translating into media proposalsDeep product knowledge, enabling strong programmatic solution sellingDirect agency experience, either as a customer, partner, employeeBuilding, justifying and executing against sales plans/forecastsWHAT WE VALUE IN OUR PEOPLEPassion – We love and live what we doDetermination - We always find a way to figure it outUnity – We back each other and challenge each otherAgility – We anticipate the unexpected, embrace and adapt to changeCourage – We dare to think unconventionallyAt MiQ, we don’t just accept the differences of our people, it is what builds us as a community.
