Job Description:
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing all purchase requests, sending purchase orders to vendors, and partnering with teams throughout the vendor lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all purchase requests and send purchase orders to vendors in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
* Partner with vendors and teams throughout the entire vendor lifecycle
* Be the gatekeeper of vendor data, contract data, and contract repository
* Support post-contract activities such as delivery confirmation and receipt
* Support our Finance team with the payment and reconciliation of monthly statements and invoices
* Support the review, development, and maintenance of vendor relationships and service quality
