Establish marketing communication requirements for the OEM business and coordinate with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure implementation.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and manage key account strategies, ensuring follow-up and lead tracking.
Ensure the company's brand accurately represents OEM services.
Develop and oversee the entire marketing and product management budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Create and monitor metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities, providing both direct and indirect leadership to the marketing team.
Minimum Requirements Working experience in a senior marketing position within the life science industry.
Comprehensive leadership experience.
Thorough experience with OEM solutions.
Communicative personality with a can-do attitude.
Fluency in English.
