Business Development Manager
A fast-growing technology and digital agency in Zurich, is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts, build long-lasting client relationships, and deliver impactful digital solutions.
You will be part of a vibrant and international team and play a key role in driving the agency's growth while working with UX designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and grow the client portfolio by identifying, pursuing, and converting leads into strategic, long-term partnerships.
* Develop and execute robust sales strategies to meet revenue and business development goals.
* Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor in the digital space.
* Lead client consultations, advising on custom web, app, and e-commerce solutions to meet their specific needs.
* Manage contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with budgets and expectations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of digital projects and maintaining high client satisfaction.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, spotting opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements:
* A strong passion for digital innovation and helping clients achieve their goals through impactful solutions.
* Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within a digital agency or tech environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in German and English.
* Familiarity with digital platforms, including CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce systems (e.g., Shopify).
* Business acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities within complex digital projects.
* A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
