Responsibilities
* Advice, selling and wine service in the various food & beverage outlets.
* Ensuring a smooth beverage service at all times.
* Helping to design the wine list.
* Wine purchasing in close cooperation with the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager.
* Cellar organisation and inventory.
* Helping to lead, train and develop the service team as well as providing training and education.
* Other tasks may be assigned according to business needs.
