Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler to support the rebuild and optimization of Risk Management systems. You will play a key role in designing unified, future-proof data models and information flow processes while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a unified Contextual and Logical Data Model for rebuilding EDS, RTSM, and RHC systems based on the documented Risk Management Services business process model.
* Review and expand the Risk Logical Data Model (LDM) to support Seller Risk Management for mixed ticket-based and order-based sales.
* Create and document the Information Flow Model, characterizing data inputs/outputs, flow stages, and access methods.
* Contribute to technical design specifications, including source-to-target mapping documentation for ETL developers.
* Document data quality requirements, validation rules, and commonly used data concepts to ensure alignment across the Financial Services portfolio.
* Capture analytics and reporting needs to propose data modeling approaches for the FSDS Analytical Data Warehouse.
* Develop or refine the Business Data Glossary, classifying business terms and hierarchical compositions of aggregated or analyzed data concepts.
* Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling principles/methods (conceptual, logical, and physical models).
- Proficiency with modeling tools such as Hackolade, ERWin, or ER/Studio.
- Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data center contexts.
- Familiarity with AWS architectures and implementations (e.g., Kubernetes, Snowflake, Talend).
- Strong understanding of synchronizing database structures with business models.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
