Position Snapshot
Location: Lonay (Vaud, Switzerland), and Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva)
Activity rate: Full-Time
Type of contract: Unlimited contract (CDI)
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing building and equipment maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
* Managing facility budgets and costs.
* Coordinating with building owners, contractors, and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
* Managing production environment compliance with our standards and validation requests.
* Managing waste disposal and environmental compliance.
* Promoting a clean and organized work environment.
* Identifying and assessing potential risks to the facility and production operations.
* Managing car park and mobility plans.
What will make you successful
Knowledge & Skills
* Experience with building regulations for the Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industry and supporting regulatory inspections.
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing suppliers.
* Capacity to lead projects and solve complex problems.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to work to tight deadlines and independently.
Education & Qualifications
* Master’s degree or senior technician with a minimum of 6 years of confirmed experience in facilities or utilities management.
Professional Experience
* Industrial experience working in a GMP compliant setting.
