As a senior executive part of the Executive Committee team, you will take ownership of all commercial aspects of the business, spearheading initiatives that drive revenue, increase market share, and ensure our products are as coveted as ever.
Key responsibilities and impact :
* Innovative Commercial Strategy Development : You will lead the creation and execution of visionary strategies that will fuel our growth and solidify our position as a leader in the luxury watch industry. From identifying emerging market opportunities to launching new product lines and optimizing pricing strategies, your decisions will directly impact our success. You’ll leverage data insights and trends to position ZENITH ahead of the curve in a competitive landscape.
* Leadership in Sales and Training Excellence : You will inspire and guide our global sales teams, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to outperform expectations. By developing cutting-edge sales strategies and training programs, you’ll equip our teams to build strong customer relationships, boost revenue, and enhance ZENITH’s presence worldwide. Your leadership will drive a culture of innovation and excellence, helping us stay at the forefront of the luxury market.
* Strategic Business Development and Partnerships : Expanding our reach is key, and you’ll be instrumental in forging new partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. * Customer Relationship Mastery : At ZENITH, customer loyalty is everything. * Driving Performance and Accountability : You will take full ownership of the commercial budget, ensuring financial targets are met while continuously optimizing performance. Through meticulous reporting and analysis of key metrics, you’ll identify areas for growth and lead efforts to maximize revenue potential across all channels.
What you bring to ZENITH :
* A proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles, ideally in the luxury goods, fashion, or retail industries.
* A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
* A deep understanding of global markets, sales dynamics, and customer engagement.
* Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for nurturing talent and driving teams to exceed their potential.
* Experience working in international markets with an understanding of cultural nuances and regional business dynamics.
