Join the Global Construction & Infrastructure (GCI) Sales team for Europe as a Sales Transformation Manager, where you will lead our sales transformation efforts, in partnership with internal partners (Marketing, Sales, IT, Distribution amongst others) and dealers in the region.
You will enhance our sales approach, increasing efficiency and effectiveness through a robust sales funnel management by leveraging digital tools like CRM, AI-Guided Selling Tools and sales automation to drive breakthrough sales growth. You should have proven Digital Sales Process and Technology expertise and extensive experience in Sales Process Optimization, Data Analytics and Performance Measurement, and Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do:
* Develop & implement sales transformation roadmap aligned with sales objectives
* Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, improve lead management, and optimize customer interactions
* Oversee all phases of sales transformation projects
* Implement change management strategies and deliver training programs to ensure adoption
* Partner with Dealers, Marketing, Cat Digital, et al to ensure successful implementation
* Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
Skills you have:
* Proven Digital Sales Processes and Technologies Expertise (ex. CRM, AI-Guided Selling, Sales Funnel Management) to enable data-driven decision making, process automation, improved visibility into sales funnel, increased efficiency and conversion rate, and proper implementation and adoption of tools
* Sales Process Optimization: ability to enhance and streamline sales processes for improved performance and ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools aligned with sales
* Data Analytics and Performance Measurement: ability to measure and track sales performance and use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies as well as identify high potential leads and optimize sales funnel effectiveness
* Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional collaboration: ability to work closely with sales, marketing, IT, dealers and leadership to ensure alignment between digital sales initiatives and business goals
* Change Management: ability to mitigate resistance from teams by driving engagement, training and leadership buy-in
* Customer Focus: ability to facilitate creation of the 'right' solutions (products, technologies and services) to resolve customer business
* Project Management: ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives, with proactive and ongoing focus on how to best drive buy-in and change through anticipation and resolution of roadblocks, effective communication, training and recognition plans.
Degree, Experience and languages:
* A university degree preferably in Sales, Marketing, and/or Business administration
* 8+ years’ experience in Sales Transformation, Digital Sales, and/or CRM implementation
* Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)
* Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and automation
* Strong knowledge of sales methodologies
* Fluent in English & French (verbal and written)
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
* Previous sales role
* Background in consulting or strategy roles
* Knowledge of Construction Industry
* Experience working in multinational organization, preferably in B2B
* Additional European languages a plus
Travel Considerations: The position will require up to 30% travel within Europe
A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
