As a “ Shop Team Leader ”, you will be responsible for the overall daily operation in your Nestlé shop.
A Day in the Life of a Shop Team Leader
1. Ensure daily engagement of the team to achieve sales and profit goals for the shop
2. Optimize assortment, layoutings, and local promotion margin profitability
3. Reach average basket, optimize 2POS placement, and meet turnover sales targets
4. Ensure high customer satisfaction and flawless execution of sales activities
5. Increase business opportunities in the local area, support local initiatives, and develop new business partners nearby
6. Ensure team engagement (3 direct reports), role clarity, and fair treatment
7. Coach adherence to Nestlé Shop Strategy, category management, and instore activities
8. Ensure smooth shop operations, quality execution, and operational standards
What will make you successful
9. 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Retail
10. Previous experience in team management
11. High customer and service orientation
12. Good sales and interpersonal skills
13. Strong leadership skills
14. Results-focused and priority setting abilities
15. Attention to detail and aesthetic sense
16. Proficiency in MS Office
17. Experience with CEGID or similar cashier system is a plus
18. Fluent in French, German & English are a plus
