We are now hiring a Customer Supply Chain Manager for our Customer Collaboration and Go-To-Market Travel Retail worldwide teams. You will be mainly located in Wollerau, Switzerland.
Job Description
The Customer Supply Chain Manager develops and implements tailored customer supply chain strategies, driving projects and value-added services. This role partners with commercial functions and retailers to ensure end-to-end service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team, motivating, mentoring, and coaching, and collaborating with Order Management Team to implement new processes reflected in the Customer Scorecard.
The manager represents the supply chain to retail customers and acts as the voice of the customer within the TR supply chain and EMEA. Engaging customers in logistics development projects to find win-win solutions is crucial. The role requires a customer and data-focused approach, proactively resolving issues and providing solutions that impact positively the P&L.
Key Responsibilities
* Build together with the Executive Manager Go to Market Customer Collaboration TR WW the newly created team strategy.
* Prepare the strategic 3+ year collaboration roadmap to support the customer strategic plan, aligning it with operations, logistics, commercial, and brand team priorities.
* Develop Customer Value Proposition and Maturity assessment matrix.
* Maintain and develop existing collaboration models and implement new relationships, specifically with the APAC region.
* Lead up to three Customer Supply Chain leads.
* Develop and execute plans/programs with the TR SC Teams to achieve agreed targets.
* Ensure optimal cooperation with Commercial, Supply Chain, Brands, and Finance teams.
* Conduct customer surveys, prepare, and present data to management.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on improving service offerings and competitive positioning.
* Collaborate with customers to identify win-win projects in the end-to-end supply chain flow.
* Synchronize activities within the supply chain to maximize opportunities.
* Manage communications with various stakeholders in a clear and simple manner.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain or business.
* 5-8 years of supply chain management experience, including customer service or planning or commercial fields, or logistics.
* Strong business acumen and comprehensive supply chain understanding.
* Proven records of Strategic and implementation skills.
* People management and team development skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to introduce new concepts to retailers.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch. Being a change agent with a proactive mindset.
* Experience with BI reports.
* Business fluent in English (written & spoken) plus any other language would be a plus.
