Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with potential property sellers through outbound calls, texts, and emails.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software.
* Negotiate offers and contracts with homeowners, ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
* Build relationships with distressed property owners and provide real estate solutions.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting warm and cold leads into closed deals.
* Stay current on market trends and real estate laws to provide value to clients.
* Collaborate with the acquisition and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
* A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
* A real estate license is not required.
Base salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
