The Opportunity
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser Niche Fragrances for our Travel Retail Europe business unit to guarantee the excellence of our brands on the point of sale by working in close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure perfect launches implementations.
This applies to the whole Niche brands portfolio that includes: Penhaligon’s, Byredo, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Dr. Barbara Sturm.
What you'll get to do
Visual Merchandising
* POSM implementation & coordination and continuous adaptation on In-store touchpoints.
* Support Brand manager in development of 360 guidelines including the adaptation of Visual Merchandising and planograms guidelines for Sales teams.
* Supervision of visuals and videos installations and sharp updates.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure perfect launches implementations.
* Lead local production of POSM when needed and requested by brand, consolidating all needs from TR E and ensuring smooth implementation.
* Collect information about possible delays and ensure proper communication to the TREU team, Field supervisor, and HQ team.
* Support Field Supervisor Team with installations and create clear installation guidelines.
* Regular updates and maintenance on the existing permanent fixtures, putting in place a tracker to follow implementation of VM updates.
* Follow up on key competitors' VM strategy in-store with photos of best practices, updates, etc.
* Ability to read and understand light technical drawings.
Planograms
* Follow up on key seasonal periods and novelty calendar creation in collaboration with the Brand Managers.
* Create made-to-measure planograms under IWD for the permanent spaces, new doors openings, and launches.
* Support Field Supervisor Team with planograms recommendations.
Forecast & Supply
* Support the Permanent team on materials, visuals, small elements orders, and PO creation.
* Follow and track production budget on launches installations and maintenance fees.
* Identify inventory opportunities by analyzing stock transfers & needs, propose assortment adjustments and stock rebalancing.
* Monitor stock, assignation, and shipping.
* Interact with field supervisors & supply teams regarding stock availability, providing support for product requests.
* Monitor product life cycle and organization of the destruction or returns of elements.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* Experience: 3-4 years experience in merchandising in premium retail industry, niche fragrances is a plus.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, merchandising or related field.
* Languages: Fluent in English, very good knowledge of French (other languages an asset).
* Competencies:

o Autonomous with a strong sense of teamwork, pro-active, organized, and stress-resistant.
o Very good communication skills, ability to interact easily.
* Specific Knowledge required: MS Office including solid skills on PPT and Excel, IWD, SAP, Sketchup.
