Job Description: Campaign Automation Manager (m/f/d) - Your future position?
As part of Givaudan's ambition to enhance our customers' experiences and drive engagement, we are seeking a Campaign Automation Manager to join the Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing team. In this key role, you will take charge of planning, executing, and managing marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Global and Regional marketing, communications, and IT. You will play a pivotal role in aligning the campaign automation program with the marketing & comms strategies, while ensuring campaigns are impactful and deliver measurable results. You will report to the Content & Digital Communications Director.
This role involves planning and operational execution of campaigns, ROI measurement, and providing training to team members, all while driving the success of marketing automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including expertise in campaign management, customer journey design, and performance analytics, with a strong focus and passion on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this exciting role, your main responsibilities will include:
Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Ensuring adherence to best practices in marketing automation and data management.
Interrogating campaign briefs to understand desired business objectives and provide actionable recommendations.
Advising regional and global communications & marketing teams on designing customer journeys that align with business goals.
Training and supporting team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and features.
Extracting campaign analytics and reports to share with stakeholders.
Supporting segmentation efforts to ensure targeted and effective marketing & communications efforts.
Collaborating with the IT team to identify areas for improvement and assist in the development of technical solutions.
You have:
5+ years of experience in the field.
Solid understanding of email and lead management best practices.
Expert knowledge of Sales Force environment is required. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is an advantage.
Familiarity with Sales Cloud.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
