We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team with the following main responsibilities:
Create intuitive and user-friendly BI solutions that enable business users to access and analyze data independently.
Develop and maintain BI solutions that are aligned with our data product strategy, ensuring they deliver tangible business value.
Seamlessly integrate data from various sources and make it readily available for analysis and reporting.
Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Provide training and support to business users, helping them leverage BI tools and solutions effectively.
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the use of BI and data analytics in decision-making processes.
Support our drive for innovative AI solutions by integrating AI capabilities into our BI solutions and exploring new ways to enhance efficiency and insights.
Help transform our proliferated data into structured data products aligned with our data domains, ensuring data is organized and accessible for business use.
Your profile Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extensive experience implementing Power BI solutions, including requirements analysis, data modeling, report/dashboard design, and end-user training/adoption.
Experience in the private banking sector solving complex business problems and delivering customer-centric solutions is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills to translate data into informative visualizations and management reports.
Skills in data visualization, application development, testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring data quality and security within the business intelligence architecture.
Background in data mining and data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and deep understanding of database management systems, OLAP and ETL frameworks.
Pleasant and convincing demeanor paired with high communication and consulting skills as well as solution-oriented thinking.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
