To be able to use data analytics to understand business challenges and to provide actionable insights to help guide the organization’s strategic direction. This involves partnering with HR stakeholders to promote a data-savvy and evidence-based culture, providing feedback to the R&I operations to enhance reporting offerings.Key responsibilities:Foster a data-driven culture through thought leadership, consultation, and training to educate stakeholders on how to use data to tell stories and drive the adoption of self-service solutions.Partner with senior HR leaders, CoEs, and business stakeholders to ensure a high level of employee experience in all key employee milestones.Design and deliver high-impact data analytics solutions that support our insights strategy, ensuring data informs critical people decisions.Identify and translate large amounts of data into storytelling & actionable insights.Preparing executive briefing summaries for the CHRO and Senior HR Leadership Team, for quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc cross-functional communications.Identify common trends across divisions and address potential root causes using available data and analytics tools.Stay up to date with technology and best practices of data visualization and identify opportunities for improvement aligned with the People Strategy.Key requirements:Bachelor (or equivalent) in the field of Human resources, Mathematics, Statistics, EconomicsPrior experience in HR consulting, business partnering or generalist roles is required.Hands-on experience with People Analytics, including the development of baselineStrong understanding of HR processes and enabling technologies.High Proficiency with Office 365 suite reports and trend dashboards.Proven ability to drive efficient and effective projects.Must be business fluent in English; German is nice to have.Entry level experience within Workday is preferred.Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and ad-hoc requests.Experience with Power BI is a plus.Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
