JobdescriptionFor our client, an international company based in Baden, we are looking for a Corporate Procurement Specialist (m/f/d).General Information:Location: BadenContract: TemporaryStart Date: ASAPDuration: 1,5 year (extension possible)Working Hours: 100%Type of working: Home office possible 5 days/weekYour responsibilities: Support the development and execution of corporate procurement strategies across multiple domainsSupport IT-related projects (e.g., services, hardware, software, and operations) from a procurement and sourcing standpointContribute to process improvements in areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Supplier Risk & Performance Management, and Procurement SustainabilityEnsure alignment and compliance with procurement policies, standards, and initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, IT stakeholders and suppliers to deliver strategic sourcing and category management projectsAnalyze supplier markets and develop negotiation strategies to drive cost savings and added valueUtilize procurement tools such as SAP Ariba (including e Auctioning), Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point) for reporting and decision-making supportYour qualifications: University degree, preferably in Business Administration or EngineeringMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, category management, or IT-related procurementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSolid project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilitiesExcellent analytical skills and a highly organized, results-driven approachProven expertise in contract managementProficiency in SAP Ariba, Power BI, Excel, and Power PointBusiness fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
