Description
Join our GenNext Supply Chain Program (SCP) at the Estée Lauder Companies and embark on a journey to build a world-class career with the global leader in prestige beauty. This program is designed to prepare you for an accelerated role in Supply Chain through three 6-month rotations tailored to your individual needs and interests. You'll gain comprehensive exposure to our Supply Chain EMEA and TR worldwide hub in Switzerland.
Program Overview:
Over the course of 18 months, you will explore various business units and contribute to high-profile cross-functional projects. You'll have the opportunity to delve into different areas of Supply Chain, such as Supply Planning, Human Resources, Logistics, and Procurement. Towards the end of the program, based on business needs and opportunities, you can specialize in an area that aligns with your passions and achievements. Additionally, you'll be part of a graduate trainee network, leading cross-functional projects with other trainees and employees.

Who You Are
Recent graduates with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in any field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
Strong passion for Supply Chain and enthusiasm for the cosmetics and consumer goods industry
Practical experience through apprenticeships, vocational training, and/or internships
International experience gained through studies or internships
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
Driven, curious, and unafraid to ask questions
Eager to bring new ideas and results-driven
Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through active participation in organizations
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and a passion for lifelong learning
A can-do attitude and willingness to take on responsibilities
