UI / UX Designer (m/f/d) - User Interface Design / Construction / AI / ML / Start Up We are seeking a UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) to join our client, a pioneering platform revolutionizing the construction industry by integrating advanced AI/ML models, 3 D visualization, and blockchain technology to ensure sustainable and transparent building practices. The mission is to empower homeowners and private individuals with efficient, transparent, and sustainable construction solutions. Our client is based in Zurich. Onsite working is mandatory, although home office is possible from time to time. What we look for: Design an intuitive and appealing user interface for the platform. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs into the platform. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with developers to solve design-related issues. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Create and maintain design documentation and style guides. Work closely with the Product Manager and development team to align design initiatives with business goals. Optimize the design for maximum speed and scalability. Requirements: Minimum B. A. in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Software Development, or Industrial Design. MBA preferred in Master’s in Interaction Design from an elite university. Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role within a technology-driven company. Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and projects. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of 3 D visualization is a plus.
