Description
Hitachi Energy seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner as HR leader for the Power Electronics Global Centre of Competence (eMobility and Power Conversion) in the Grid Integration Business Unit.
The HRBP will partner with business leaders to support global HR projects, set HR focus areas, develop talent outcomes, and ensure relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
Your responsibilities:
* Strategy leadership: Set and implement people-related focus areas and actions in line with the Business Unit strategy, HR policies, and guidelines.
* Capability/Workforce Planning: Ensure people and organizational capabilities required in the mid-long term are understood and actioned.
* Organizational Design & Developments: Implement the operating model and optimize organization structures and principles in line with group and global rules and standards.
* Performance Management: Implement group and global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets to help build a high-performance culture.
* Skill development and Learning: Decide on competence actions to support business strategy and implement learning activities to build technical and leadership competence.
* Leadership Culture & Talent Management: Identify and build talent bench strength together with leaders and utilize Leadership Pillars and Diversity360 to drive culture and behavior.
* Standards and governance: Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes.
* Drive recognition and reward programs for individuals and teams linked to business priorities and C&B guidelines.
* Labor Relations: Partner with managers, union representatives, and employees to understand current issues that can be supported or addressed through HR practices, processes, or policies.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 10 years of Human Resource generalist experience in a global, multi-national matrix environment.
* Strong track record in transformation, organizational and talent development, and capability building.
* Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex issues.
* Data Literacy and leading by influence.
* Labor relations experience in a union environment is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent English.
