We are looking for a skilled Commis de Cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen brigade at a prestigious 5-star hotel with six dining outlets. If you are a creative, organized chef eager to thrive in a stimulating environment, this position is ideal for you.
As a Commis de Cuisine, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
* Setting up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all outlets and banquet functions.
* Practicing sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction.
We have one main kitchen that serves all our venues, including Bô Restaurant, Eat Hola, Living Room, In-room Dining, and Banqueting.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience working in a 5-star hotel. You should also be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. Additionally, you must be willing to work during the winter season from December to March.
