As a Tetris Construction Manager, you are responsible for the efficient and seamless execution of construction projects in the commercial real estate sector. You work closely with various teams to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed-upon quality standards.
Your main responsibilities include:
1. Project management: You oversee the entire construction process from planning to completion. This includes creating project plans, coordinating construction teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
2. Budget and resource management: You are responsible for monitoring the budget and controlling expenses during the construction process. You optimize resource allocation to minimize costs while ensuring quality.
3. Quality control: You monitor compliance with building regulations and standards, ensuring that all work meets quality requirements. You conduct regular quality inspections and take corrective measures when necessary.
4. Communication and collaboration: You act as the interface between various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. You communicate project progress regularly and coordinate the collaboration of all parties involved.
5. Risk management: You identify potential risks and issues related to the construction project and develop strategies to minimize or avoid them. You take appropriate measures to prevent delays or cost overruns.
6. Documentation: You create and maintain all relevant construction project documents such as reports, records, contract agreements, and permits.
Qualifications:
7. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a similar field.
8. Demonstrated experience in project management of construction projects.
9. Good knowledge of building regulations and standards.
10. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
11. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
12. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Advanced knowledge of construction and project management software.
