Responsibilities: Conducting literature and resource reviews to identify innovative methods for engaging young audiences in Baukultur discussions.
Designing and developing a multidisciplinary Baukultur gamified toolbox combining analogue and digital elements in close cooperation with the NGO ARQubator, other partners of the project consortia and external stakeholders.
Coordinating pilot testing of the toolbox in schools and extracurricular settings in Switzerland to validate its effectiveness.
Collecting and analyzing data on children's and youths’ perspectives emerging from the toolbox playtesting sessions and integrating them into further toolbox development.
Co-authoring scientific publications, including peer-reviewed journal articles and conference presentations.
Your Profile: Master's degree in architecture, education sciences, social sciences, urban sciences or related fields, with experience or demonstrated interest in participatory approaches and gamification.
Familiarity with qualitative research methods, including data collection and content analysis.
Strong collaboration, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Adobe computer programmes (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office (Word and Excel).
Proficiency in English and one additional language (German or French) both written and oral.
