Your Role :
As a Management Accountant / Controlling, you will play a key role in monitoring and optimizing our company’s financial performance. You will act as a business partner, providing accurate analysis and strategic recommendations.
Your Main Responsibilities :
Management Accounting: Establish month-end sales accruals through Work in Progress (WIP) calculations, assess risks, and ensure a fair representation of the business.
Industrial Controlling: Implement and update industrial performance tools, manage extended project databases, organize project reviews, and conduct post-factum analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Credit Control: Enforce discipline in overdue customer collection, conduct monthly follow-ups and reviews with management/operations, and develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Budgeting & Reporting: Support budget reviews and reporting for key business units, such as MRT mission statistics and financial monitoring of new business initiatives.
Other Responsibilities:
Assist with audit queries (financial audits, internal controls, external monitoring, and ad-hoc queries).
Contribute to process and system improvement projects (e.g., system upgrades).
Collaborate closely with the Head of Controlling and Head of Accounting on reporting harmonization.
Provide transactional back-up flexibility for other team members when needed.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong financial discipline in performance measurement and credit control. As a trusted business partner, you will proactively identify risks and opportunities, helping management make strategic decisions while fostering meaningful professional relationships across the company.
Your Profile :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance or equivalent experience. A certification such as ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA (or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a management accounting/controlling role, preferably within an industrial or MRO (Maintenance & Repair Organization) environment.

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Fluent in English and French (Portuguese is a plus)
Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
IT proficiency: Excel, ERP/Financial MRP, and IFRS knowledge
