Position Overview:
The Global Head of Renewable Fuels Sales will play a critical role in driving the global sales strategy for the company’s renewable fuels. This is a senior leadership position, requiring a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biofuels industry. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, the ability to lead and inspire a global sales team, and the capability to personally engage in high-stakes sales discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
1. Lead the global sales efforts for Renewable Fuels.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives, particularly focusing on expanding into high-value markets globally.
3. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
Market Expansion and Development:
1. Leverage knowledge of the Renewable Fuels market to position the company as a leader in the industry.
2. Explore and develop new markets for Renewable Fuels, particularly in the biochemical and renewable energy sectors.
Sales Execution:
1. Actively participate in and initiate high-level sales discussions, negotiations, and deal-making activities.
2. Ensure that sales processes are efficient and effective, adapting to the evolving needs of the business as it grows.
3. Provide strategic insights and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Experience:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the biofuels industry, with a strong focus on renewable energy.
2. Proven track record of leadership in a sales or commercial role, with demonstrated success in driving growth and market expansion.
