Job Description
* Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers to define requirements for functions or services across products, understanding system architecture.
* Draft detailed requirements documentation for all aspects of the digital process, including UX journeys, product specifications, working with SMEs and Project Managers.
* Work with a range of project artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, workflow diagrams, data mapping spreadsheets, etc., to capture all detail necessary for the implementation of client builds.
* Translate requirements into comprehensive Functional Specification Documents.
* Work closely with the Development team to ensure a clear understanding and translation of requirements, supporting developers during implementation and testing of newly built functionality.
* Work in an Agile environment, in a small team with a high degree of coordination and synchronization, helping to constantly improve our processes and introduce new technologies.
Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a Business / Technical Analyst.
* Excellent knowledge in the analysis of complex business needs.
* Capacity to translate business needs into quality functional documents.
* Being independent and proactive.
* Knowledge of the different types of tools or models: CMS, CRM, ERP, e-commerce, databases (SQL & NoSQL), payment platforms, DAM, etc.
* Experience working in Agile.
* Good knowledge of UML.
* Skilled in documentation and tracking tools: Confluence, Jira, Miro, Diagram software, Swagger, etc.
* Ability to configure SaaS (Software as a Service) packages and applications.
