Your role
In this role, you will lead a talented team of creatives and drive the creative vision for our events, ensuring impactful and memorable experiences for our clients.
1. Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
2. Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies for various events, including corporate conferences, product launches, experiential activations, and social gatherings.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and translate their vision into engaging brand experiences.
4. Provide creative direction throughout the event lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
5. Oversee the development of event elements including stage/space design, branding materials, signage, and digital (2D & 3D) assets.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our events remain innovative.
7. Conduct brainstorming sessions and workshops to inspire creativity within the team.
8. Review and provide feedback on creative deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.
9. Collaborate with production, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution of creative concepts.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
11. Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in 3D design, visual arts, events marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
2. 2-5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within an events agency or similar industry.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative concepts for diverse events and clients.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D software (3D Max, Blender); multimedia editing software and presentation platforms are a plus.
5. Excellent understanding of event production processes, including logistics, technical requirements, and on-site execution.
6. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
7. Strategic thinker capable of translating client objectives into compelling creative solutions.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills for effectively articulating creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
9. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design excellence.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event design and experiential marketing.
