Role Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Stabio. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Engineering, Maintenance & OpEx Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for project execution, expediting, inspection, and logistics management on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and participate in strategic projects from concept to completion.
2. Oversee the development of facilities, plants, and infrastructure.
3. Drive the implementation of new processes and technologies.
4. Optimize and enhance existing processes in terms of product quality, energy efficiency, and productivity.
5. Support the commissioning of new systems and production lines.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Engineering degree or relevant technical background.
2. Proven experience in industrial project management.
3. Background in the food and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of operational and logistics workflows.
5. Expertise in LEAN methodology and Six Sigma.
6. Fluent in German, English, and Italian (mandatory requirement).
7. Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and departments.
