ETRM Application Support Analyst.
Job Description
* Deliver in-house CTRM support to global users, assisting with daily operations. Escalate issues to the development team and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Analyze and evaluate user requests for CTRM enhancements, working closely with the development team to implement changes.
* Train new and existing users on various aspects of the CTRM system and other internal applications as needed.
* Manage and troubleshoot business applications, including monitoring jobs, interfaces, and servers, in collaboration with DBA, network, infrastructure, and development teams.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT software applications within the commodities trading industry, with involvement in change management, daily operations, and support of business applications.
* Strong technical skills (including SQL, Oracle DB, and basic programming)
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft products.
