Key Responsibilities Deliver financial performance analysis to the Executive Board on Revenue, EBITDA, and Free Cash Flow
Create, maintain, and develop standard reporting package by market and by product
Consolidate and coordinate data collection across markets and perform variance analysis by market and by product during reporting cycles (Forecast, Budget, Business Plan)
Assess and validate market financial results delivering financial recommendations to leaders
Drive innovation with critical thinking to streamline and develop internal processes
You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or Economics
At least 1 year of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling; experience in FP&A, Controlling Department, or in a Big4 is a plus
Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and how to perform a financial performance analysis
Experience in delivering financial reports in a multinational environment for Month-End Close, Forecasts, Budgets
Fluency in English is mandatory
Advanced MS Office knowledge (advanced Excel is required); experience in reporting software (e.g., Essbase, HFM, Cognos, TM1) is a plus, knowledge of coding (VBA, Python) is a plus
