Job Description
Overview
We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the assembly and labelling areas. This central role involves joint responsibility for overall planning and optimisation, as well as disciplinary and technical management of a team (approx. 7 employees). Key objectives include promoting process development, ensuring project completion, establishing the AVOR department, and standardising work cycles.
Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for planning assembly halls and optimising resource allocation
* Detailed and rough planning for assembly staff (approx. 50 employees)
* Coordination of resource requirements with SKAN subsidiaries
* Cross-departmental collaboration with Project Management, Purchasing, and Logistics
* Comprehensive project monitoring for optimisation potential
* Long-term strategies for labelling department optimisation
* Budget planning and resource allocation for assembly and labelling areas
* Quality guidelines and processing standards compliance and development
* Capacity utilisation monitoring in assembly, electrical, and labelling departments
* Support for lean processes and standardised assembly systems
* Quality statistics preparation and lean projects in assembly area
Requirements
* Basic technical training with further training in higher technical examination
* At least 5 years of management experience
* Proven AVOR experience in production company
* SAP and MS Office knowledge
* German language proficiency and good English skills
* Lean methods, KvP, and KPIs experience
* Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) knowledge
