* Recruit, engage, reactivate, and upsell clients with local retail and marketing teams.
Sales Performance
* Achieve high-end sales targets.
* Maintain product knowledge and customer service standards.
* Grow brand reputation and desirability through local networks.
* Communicate Maison values, history, and knowledge with passion.
* Promote unique products and tailor approaches to clients.
* Represent the Maison at brand events as Ambassador.
Team Development
* Support boutique Manager in coaching and developing sales team.
* Propose activities for entertaining VVIC clients outside the boutique.
* Collaborate on proposal development, sales presentation, and clienteling.
* Align rosters with boutique needs and manage outside appointments.
* Support boutique team in selling ceremonies to increase sales.
* Manage Premium Clients' watch care and repairs.
Success Criteria
* 10-12 years of leadership experience with strong communication and sales skills.
* Existing client portfolio and relationship management expertise.
* Knowledge of luxury environment, including fashion, watchmaking, and jewelry trends.
* Operations expertise and comfort in a boutique environment.
* Autonomy, proactivity, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven attitude.
* Strong sense of etiquette, elegance, audacity, and excellence.
* Fluency in French and English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
