How you can make a difference:
1. Plan, schedule and perform service visits with end user according to regional responsibility
2. Carry out installations, annual preventive maintenance service, repair service and corrective actions at the end customer
3. Perform electrical safety test according to EN62353
4. Recording customer complaints with full information and documentation in the complaint management system
5. Liaise with back office and sales department
6. Provide technical training to users as required
7. Perform remote troubleshooting
8. Carry out stock takes and maintain car stock/inventory accurately
9. Act as company ambassador when visiting customers
10. Ensure that all paperwork is submitted to the end customer and supervisor on time and accurately
11. Give technical support to sales/marketing teams in activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions, demonstrations, etc.
That's what you bring along:
1. Completed apprenticeship in Electrical, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering with strong affinity for technology and processes or equivalent combination of education and experience in comparable roles
2. Technical expertise in electronics, electromechanics and/or biomedical engineering and related experience in field-support and technical service activities an advantage
3. Proven experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics and/or troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices
4. High customer focus and service skills with positive attitude and ability to communicate with all stakeholders clearly and tactfully
5. Solid experience in building and maintaining business relationships with customers and partners as well as understanding customer needs
6. Good computer literacy, standard operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
7. Experience with complaint management systems an advantage
8. Natural persuasiveness and good presentation skills combined with a proactive service attitude
9. Experience with clinical workflows and processes would be advantageous
10. Valid driving licence
11. Speaks/writes/reads English and German (fluent or native speaker), other languages an advantage
12. National travel requirements up to 50%
