To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for an AUTOMATION COMMISSIONING QUALIFICATION ENGINEER (DE/EN) M/F/X to start asap.
ABOUT THE JOB :
You will be in charge of projects to set up new automated systems and/or manage routine production projects for the automation part. Your role will be to:
* Assist in writing specifications for new equipment integration projects (URS, FS, DS)
* Coordinate the installation and commissioning of equipment (FAT/SAT)
* Coordinate the commissioning and parameterization of sensors and system elements
* In charge of the process-technical setup of the system control with the most common SPS-controls
* Plan the validation activities of the automated systems (IQ/OQ/PQ)
* Ensure the proper functioning of automated systems and the maintenance of automated equipment
* Ensure the work execution in the factory as well as on worldwide customer assignments
* Perform I/O tests (input and output tests) and analyze the mechanical, electrical and software deviations
* Ensure the proper application of GMP and GAMP rules
ABOUT YOU :
* First experience with Siemens technologies
* Academic degree(s) with focus in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation engineering, systems engineering or similar
* First experience in Automation in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical or similar industries.
* Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment or in the field of validation/qualification is an advantage
* Comfortable working with sensors and measuring equipment and basic knowledge of control technology
* Experience in commissioning and construction of international plants is an advantage
* Fluency in English is required, German would be an asset
* Driving license owner
Only applicants with Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or candidates with an existing and valid residence and work permit in Switzerland will be considered.
Travelling to worldwide customers is to be expected.
