This is you:
* You completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, or Automation Technician EFZ or equivalent vocational training; FH-level production engineer qualification would be an advantage
* You have proven experience in mechanical assembly processes that also include cabling, soldering, and general electronics handling
* You have 3+ years of hands-on experience as a technician/mechanic working with complex mechatronic systems
* You are self-organized, can determine daily tasks, and prioritize them effectively
* You have experience in understanding and following drawings for the assembly of electromechanical components
* You are proficient in the use of measurement and testing tools for mechatronic subsystems, and understanding of ESD safety measures is a plus
* You are comfortable working in a multicultural and evolving environment
* You have basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
* Proficiency in English is necessary, while German fluency (B2 or higher) is preferred
