Key Responsibilities:
1. Finalise daily, monthly and seasonal financial statements
2. Control and book mini bar consumption
3. Support with stocktaking activities
4. Assist in Food and Beverage administration
5. Conduct spot checks
6. Support purchasing for the entire Food and Beverage and non-food area
7. Maintain correspondence with suppliers
8. Inspect incoming goods in terms of quantity and quality
9. Process general orders (internal and external)
10. Programme and maintain the MATRIX cash register system
11. Programme, check and book various goods movements using the KOST merchandise management programme
12. Manage delivery notes and invoice control
13. Collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Operations, Kitchen and Groups & Events departments
Requirements:
1. Completion of a commercial apprenticeship in the hotel industry or a hotel management school
2. Prior professional experience in similar roles in first-class hotels
3. Strong quality awareness, flexibility, resilience, team spirit and enthusiasm
4. Familiarity with MATRIX, KOST and PROTEL is highly advantageous
5. Proficiency in German, Italian and/or French languages; other languages an advantage
6. Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Word) required
