About the Role:
We seek an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in cloud technologies and sales to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed company's India revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Develop sales strategies to sell Civo's cloud solutions to enterprise customers, startups, and SMEs in India.
* Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across different business sizes and industries.
* Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to extend reach and drive sales.
* Understand customer needs and trends to tailor solutions that enhance their cloud capabilities and operational efficiency.
* Manage sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Travel to client sites and participate in major industry events and conferences.
Key Results/Objectives:
* Meet Indian revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Onboard at least one new channel partner or reseller each quarter.
* Increase Civo's market share by securing partnerships with 10 key enterprise clients within six months.
Requirements:
* Based in India
* 5-10 years of experience in sales with a focus on cloud technologies.
* Proven track record of selling to large enterprises, startups, and SMEs.
* Experience working with channel partners and resellers.
* Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and cloud services landscape.
* A self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Frequent travel for client meetings and events.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
