Job Summary
This position involves performing various types of analytical testing required for the release of packaging materials and environmental sampling.
The role also encompasses managing documentation for the QC Laboratory, sample management, and procurement of consumables to ensure timely provision of materials to the Couvet Laboratory.
Furthermore, the management of standards for analytical testing falls under this role. Other responsibilities include supporting analytical testing, handling deviations and change controls, as well as investigating complaints.
As a member of the QC team, the individual in this position supports all activities to maintain the GMP status of the QC Laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
* EHS Compliance: Ensure all EHS requirements are met in the laboratory by following procedures and rules, and reporting incidents and near-misses to management and/or EHS representatives immediately.
* Perform visual inspections and analytical testing according to packaging material and release specifications.
* Conduct visual inspections of materials, AQL sampling, and testing.
* Manage samples for the QC Laboratory, including raw material & bulk reception/destruction and stability reception/destruction.
* Review analytical data.
* Perform basic laboratory work such as buffer preparation, waste disposal management, washing lab dishes, and cleaning labs.
* Manage the supply of consumables.
* Conduct sampling for environmental monitoring on-site.
* Develop standard operating procedures for specific tasks.
* Participate in general activities for the QC Laboratory, including document archiving, labeling, and documentation scanning.
* Implement 5S principles in the QC Laboratory.
* Handle deviations and change controls.
* May be assigned special tasks and project work.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF LABORATORY ACTIVITIES IN QUALITY CONTROL AND ANALYTICAL TESTING.
* BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF GDP AND GMP.
* CONSCIENTIOUSNESS, RESPONSIBILITY, ENGAGEMENT, FLEXIBILITY, LOGIC, AND ORGANIZATION.
* GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH AND FRENCH.
* FAMILIARITY WITH COMMON OFFICE SOFTWARE.
* EXCELLENT TEAM SPIRIT.
